Boulder students protest "God" in pledge

In this article 100 students from Boulder high school went outside their school and protest that they shouldn't have "God" in the pledge. They recited the pledge differently outside their school. By: Mike McPhee, in The Denver Post. I think the students are right because not everybody believes in God and they shouldn't have to say it if they don't want to. We have the right to choose to say the pledge or not but the pledge should be something anybody can say without offending other people.

Saudi Women Challenge Driving Ban

In this article women in Saudi Arabia are sending a petition to the king to allow women to drive cars. BBC News, Internet. Why shouldn't women be able to drive if some statistics show that women are better drivers and its not like men don't get in accidents. Driving is a right for men and it should also be for women.

My Head Hurts

In this article a project is presented and in the project a video was suppoes to been shown but the video was blocked. Written by Dave. Internet. The blocked video reminded me of our school and what we can see and not see on the internet because of the school's policy. But i think the school has gone too far with blocking lots of sites even though some dont contain anything bad. I wonder if the world has blocked sites like we do in America
